Our approach

A step-by-step plan, built around you

Not every problem needs surgery. We take the time to evaluate your case and recommend the path that makes the most sense for your diagnosis, age, activity level and goals.

  1. Step 1: Non-operative care first

When appropriate, we start with physical therapy, activity changes, medication, bracing and image-guided injections, including biologic options such as PRP.

  2. Step 2: Preserve your joint

If surgery is needed, we aim to repair and protect your own joint using minimally invasive, arthroscopic or open techniques.

  3. Step 3: Replacement when it is the best option

When wear is advanced, a partial or total joint replacement can relieve pain and restore function for everyday life.

This content is educational and does not replace a medical evaluation. Every case is different: diagnosis and treatment are determined during your visit.
